I need to see if there is a shelter in Lubbock. Anyone know???

The places they brought people to last night in Lubbock were Reese Technology Center, Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, Lubbock Christian University, and Lubbock Municipal Coliseum. I doubt they'd still be taking people, but they could probably direct you to other shelters.

I have some people from my wifes church who were bused out last nite. We are trying to find them.

Maybe try calling the Lubbock Red Cross office ( http://southplainsregional.redcross....ne=&id=34&sid= ) or United Way ( http://www.unitedway-lubbock.org/staff.shtml ) and see if they can tell you anything.
