Default FASTECH, Your payment of over $3000 is now 2 months late

In regards to this thread:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/sponsor-sales-specials/358293-fastech-tuning-blowout-limited-time-participation.html

The product you have purchased from us still goes unpaid.

I have been more than patient.

You should not be able to solicit business through ls1tech.com if you are unable to pay your debts to other ls1tech.com sponsors.

I can't believe a business would post that publicly. I'm sure Sean has many customers that owe him money. Do you see him posting it? That is low class IN MY OPINION. There are better routes of communication.

Yeah but its been two months and WE do not know what steps Keith took to handle the matter before now. Our opinion doesn't mean much anyway does it

Business is business. They can't "trust" people to pay them eventually. Whatever means it takes to get the money is fully justified. What if a sponsor left you without a refund for 2 months? Would you not make it public? I know I would.

I know the people over at FASTech are good people and will make this right.

I agree with you in the better routes of communication..

However, when the communication is only 1 way.. ie: me emailing, PM'ing, calling, leaving messages.. without ever having them returned, or any sign of payment... communication fails to work.

2 months past due on a payment that was net due tells you very clearly that communication is not working.

Keith @ HPTuners has persued this in MANY fashions, for the full extent of those two months prior to making this public. After Sean blatently ignoring Keith's many valid efforts I don't see any other option for Keith. Nothing like peer pressure or their reputation on the line for stiffing another well-reputed sponsor.

I personally hope Sean pays up soon.

Maybe they are waiting till the end of the year to pay it off. Sometimes companies will do that for tax purposes.

usually those companies let the person they owe know when they're planning to pay at the end of the year.....sounds to me like they lost some $$ somewhere....

Keith,

Your choice to post this is COMPLETELY unacceptable and CLASSLESS. This is between you and Fastech and your choice to try to humiliate someone into making a payment is FOOLISH on your part. There are ALWAYS 2 sides to a story and it not anyone else's F*CKING business really. I can't believe this post was even allowed by the moderators because there can be severe legal reprucussions against YOU for YOUR course of action.
