with a vin number, can carfax tell you who gave that person a loan out for the car? quick summary,
my roommate hit my car, wont pay, says she isnt insured but as a 2003 GT she's paying payments on, so i would like to find out which company gave her the loan so i can try to make her pay for my damage by threatening to tell the that company? possible or no?
