DWI Help.... I have a good friend of mine who was convicted of DWI about a year ago.This friend of mine makes his living as a truck driver,and is having a hard time making ends meet because of his driving record.One night has turned his turned his world up side down.
I remember reading a post a while back in regards to expunging flaws in your driving record.I have heard about some sort of block that only the state can see the actual conviction.He has dropped in pay and is wanting to pick up part time work ,but the DWI is haunting him.
I told him that i would check it out or him.Any info would be great.

I am not sure how all of it works either, but I was under the impression that only certain things can be expunged from a record and I'm not sure if that includes a DWI conviction or not.
After Nov. 10th I'll be looking towards this route as well so I'm curious what members have to say about this.
