Repaint in Houston or Corpus?

Repaint in Houston or Corpus? Any good places in either of these two cities or surrounding areas to get a full repaint. My paint is peeling off and has some nasty green two tone in the gas cap and under the hood areas due to it being a former cop car. Price is an issue but obviously I want a good paint job that will last for a long time.
also - any guesses on what a full repaint will cost?

my buddy got his '98 T/A painted at Rapid Body Works in houston. They did an awesome job......it was repainted black and they prepped& painted his raptor hood. It cost him $3k, but that is with a discount......they do the majority of the body work for our dealer. They said it was a $4,500 paint job.

I dont know about $1000??? and $4500 does sound like too much..but call "southcoast customs" they are located in South Houston, heard they do you good paintjobs....
