State Fair Gate Duty State Fair Gate Duty
We will need some volunteers to sit by the Corral C gate to make sure that no one goes in that does not have a name tag. Here's what you will need to do:
1. Bring your own chair to sit in
2. Make sure that whoever goes into Corral C
a. has a name tag
or
b. is accompanied by someone with a name tag (like gf, bf, wife, friend, etc.)
If some drunk asshat (that is not wearing a name tag....lol!!!!) insists on coming in, don't punch 'em out; get someone to go find the police officer.
Here are the times, and two people need to sign up for each slot:

9:00 - 10:00
1. Lydia
2. Brian
10:00 - 11:00
1. Jared

11:00 - 12:00

PLEASE RESPECT AND OBEY THE PARKING CHAIRMEN!!! THERE IS A PLAN IN PLACE TO SHOW ALL THE CARS TO THEIR BEST ADVANTAGE.........and if your group wishes to park together, YOU MUST ROLL IN TOGETHER!!

Jared Guynes, NTFBA, SSOA - SuperSport Owners Association membership rep.
Katie Golan, VP NTTGA - North Texas Third Gen membership rep.
we also need:
1) someone to set up the crowd restraints around the Specialty Cars (I have the materials) - Mason Steen & Jessica
2) someone to direct tow vehicles/trailers to the appropriate lot
3) someone to help put up signs, banners, flags**
**These decorations are the property of General Motors Creative Services, North Texas Fbody Association, North Texas Third Gen Association, NastyZ28, North Texas Camaro Club, and Super Sport Owners Association!!

October 8 was the deadline, cuz I can't get your pass to you in time & State Fair wants all the release forms & stuff ahead of time....not at the gate.....
