Sign up as a 'Preferred Customer' at Amsoils web site. Costs $20 per year and gets the stuff delivered to your door at about 1/2 the cost of retail. I know they do cred cards, not sure about PayPal. I use Amsoil in 4 cages and 2 motorcylcles so it works out for me.
This guy might also be able to hook you up with a local dealer. He's big in Houston and probably know's who's who in San Antonio.
