Question need help evaluating these pics PLEASE HELP

And i have a SES light for a cylinder 3 misfire....from the looks of my spring(which is on cylinder 3) i came to the conclusion that the misfire is due to a cracked spring.....but seeing how i'm not exactly a mechanic or car expert...i need some opinions from these pics...you can see that all the other springs are lined up except the one on cylinder 3....if it is a cracked spring, which i do hope thats all thats wrong, im just gonna go ahead and replace them seeing how im eventually gonna throw a cam in there....while im in the motor, what else should i go ahead and replace in order to prepare for a cam ...yeah i know im a noob, but noobs just need a little education sometimes....if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated...and if decide not to work on the car myself, anyone have any ideas on how much labor would cost for the cam-preparation? thanks in advance guys..hoping to hear some quick replies because i wanna try and get this done before i have to go to work....

so far im looking at http://www.lmperformance.com/6388/1.html ....but im wondering if i should go ahead and do this without replacing my cam at first..

go to thunder racing's website and get the valvespring tool and order some yella terra 1.7's while you are at it, this would fix your misfire.

then get :
UD pulley
pushrods(hardened)
and i think thats it for the swap...besides the cam.

well I cant really see anything from thepictures, if the rocker is at an abnormal angle try to see why, is the bolt loose? just look at the spring and see if its cracked at all. Dont know if it would be line a hairline crack but I would think you should be able to see a problem with the spring.
Did you get on it with the engine real cold?

Stupid question, but are the push rods still in the motor and the rocker arms tight? cause if so that rocker that is different from the rest is probably on ther cams lobe and is supposed to be like that. the rockers move when they are on the lobe causeing the rocker to push down on the spring.
NOW if you take off all the rockers and one spring is lower than the rest THEN you have a problem.

Drew, SUX2BU is asking you if you looseneed any of the bolts on the rockers, or if you just took the valve covers off to look at stuff.

Mike & Crew do good work, take it over there and they can help you out.
