Texas State Fans Inside OK....enough longhorn talk in here. There is another team here in Texas winning football games. SWT beat Cal-Poly to advance in the 1-AA playoffs. I cant believe we have a chance to win a national title. I think i went to two games during my five year tour there.

I saw some of the game on ESPN yesterday during the other games commercial breaks. It wasn't the prettiest football I've seen but they got the job done. I'm so jealous of their playoff system!

playoffs are the only way to determine a true champion. no one can bitch when they get beat out head to head.

I was fortunate enough to see Texas State play against us when Hurricane Rita was on the way. They looked really impressive and gave us quite a run for our money. That quarterback of yours is a great player and can make things happen. Good luck in the rest of the playoffs, I did catch a little of the game yesterday but not enough.

I've been watchin the past 2 games on tv b/c my gf goes there ... Chase Wasson graduated from my highschool the year after me and everytime I blinked he was in a different position lol.

Yea I go to Texas State. I went to the game and it was a good one. Very much a defensive game with Texas State making some mistakes in there on side of the field. The field goal kicker for Texas State missed two field goals. Last week he missed 4 extra points against Georgia Southern. So hopefully this weeks game doesnt decide in a field goal or extra point.

TX state people what cars do you drive? I've been over there a few times in the past couple weeks and have seen a few Fbod's.
