Default A little something I built this weekend...

With my new bandsaw I bought myself for X-mas. What you think? This is preliminary I still lack a little clean up on it. I left the leg extension on the one side because that was for the tight bend into the drivers side part of the X.

You should know better than to try and solicit business on the site. I thought we went over this already?

I dont see any soliciting...Ill take the price down...this is a hobby..I have a full time job, Tony. If I can help the fellow F-body'ers like myself out, I will. Im not making this stuff full time for sole purpose of benefitting me. Just something I through together that someone may have use for...You know...like used parts and stuff.

lol...

na...just something i was tinkering with. Not looking to mass produce them or anything. I bought the saw because I needed some clean cuts on some tubular headers Im building for my dads 406 SBC into a Dodge Dakota...We already fitted a ford 8.8 under it with Cal-Tracs. Just need to drop the motor in. Mounts are made for the motor. Get it in, make a mount for the trans and then start building the headers for it.

I thought it came out good for the first one...that one was done in 2.5" since that was what i had laying around. Im sure if you wanted a 3" one i could fit the bends in the vice and make one up...Most of the Jegs X's are pretty rough on the inside like they used a chop saw to cut them with. This Bandsaw is really a nice addition to my little hobby shop. I just love to weld more then anything and tinker with things to get them to my likings.

We have a couple sponsors here that also have regular jobs and run their business as a hobby. You know the rules, we do not allow non-sponsors to solicit business on this site. Especially if you are selling exhaust/x-pipes since they compete with paying sponsors on this site. This means that you are not permitted to post your contact info or pricing, or even say "PM me for details". Its a site policy, and we protect the interests of our sponsors here. So please, respect our policy.

You can post pics of your work no problem. Just don't offer to build or sell them to other members. Simple
