Sweet. Thanks for sharing. I plan on doing this soon...as soon as I find out what the ticking noise is on cylinder 1.

His name was Mark, older gentleman who has run just about all kinds of cars. He was out in his son's, Jonathon, blue spec miata. Didn't catch a last name.

I'm anxious to get back out! I really want some more time in the dry in stock form to try and crack a 1:5X but I'm anxious to mount up the R-compounds and new pads/fluid.

I'd like to do a 1-day with NASA in early February but I don't think they let you do a 1-day on Sunday, and I can't make it Saturday. I'm not paying $200 for 1 day!

I will miss the first NASA race in 2 weeks due to personal family issues.

But I will be racing my CMC car at MSR - Cresson in March.

Did Mark solo you? HPDE 2? 3?

I am one of the Time Trials directors for NASA-TX ....

Was it just this computer at school or did you fast forward through some of the turns around the end of the video? Looks like fun anyways.

Don't let it be your last!

One can take a relatively stock car out there, put some good brake fluid in it, some decent tires and have an absolute blast for not a lot of cash ...

And these events are very well run, with almost everone out there with a street car, not wanting to get it beat up or dinged. So it's a very laid back atmosphere.

I think a few frames got dropped in capturing the footage to my computer Raf.

Mitch, it definately won't be my last!

I'll contact NASA about doing Sunday only at the early February event.

Nothing makes you a better driver in the dry, than driving in the wet ...

One has to have a little more feel on the throttle to keep teh trans from downshifting or upshifting at the wrong time while turning. But folks do it all the time ...
