Which would you choose!!
Basically caught in a bind between a 02 35th T/A, a red 99 FRC vette, and a mineral grey 03 cobra. All about the same price and at the same dealership where I'm trading in my Z. All 6 speeds. Which would you choose??

well i have a vette and T/a and would probably never own a mustang... i know its a cobra but i guess im loyal to GM, now it all depends how you take care of the car because u might have more problems w/the older car.. actually my T/a gives me more headache than the Vette i guess because is a daily driver

Don't get the Cobra, they are a dime a dozen. I say the Vette because when with mods, it will be faster than the TA with the same mods. Plus, nothing looks better than a Vette IMO. I was stuck in the same situation when I bought my car, now I wish I would have bought the Vette. Don't get me wrong, I love my car and probably not ever sell it, but I will buy a Vette as soon as I can afford both.

I was thinking the samething myself. GM never made a 35th anniversary T/A, 99 was the 30th anniversary so an 04 would have been the 35th. It's a CETA man.

none of the above? haha.
2002 CETA = 35th Anniversary Firebird. Firebird came out in 67.
1999 = 30th Anniversary Trans Am. Trans Am came out in 69.
CETA has the highest collectibility of the three. Not everyone likes that shade of yellow though (I don't).
FRC cars seem to drop in value quite a bit, almost becoming like f-bodies. You would probably enjoy a regular C5 just as much or even more than a stripped down FRC. What good is a Vette that you can't pimp with the top off?
Cobra? Nah.
