yesturday at about 7:30pm a couple of kids were playing with a basketball and hit my hood twice. it put one dent right in the middle where the creece is and the other right above it to the right. I went and had it looked at Service King and they told me $1500 to fix it, no pulling dents have to replace the hood and get it repainted. i talked to the parents last night and they said they could not see anything but you could. a police officer was pulling through and we talked to him but he said since it was in the apartments it would be a civil suit so he could not do anthing. parents said they are not going to pay for anything. should i get a lawyer or what.....

call your insuraance company, tell them what happened. be truthful, don't embelish, and then your insurance company will pay to have your car fized, and then sue them.
