NE1 going to Gtwn Mardis Gras? A few buddies and I are going this Saturday depending on how the weather is like. We're going to be hanging out on the strand.
I have no other plans so I'm going for the hell of it. I went in '04 and had a blast.

Always wanted to, never been, last time I brought my son to go down it was bumper to bumper right over the causeway bridge and the word was you had to park two miles away, didn't feel like coming back to a stripped Camaro

i go to school in gtown, and guys trust me its nothing a bunch of gangbangers wanting to start ****, and the National Guard being ********...its ok...just an excuse to get drunk, and get laid....thats why i celebrate it!

The times I've been inside the Strand, I have never seen any hard headed thugs. I'm thinking they don't want to spend the 20 bux to get in. Cool with me.
