Default DFW tune

where is the absolute best place to get a no BS tune in the DFW area , one local shop tuned it and fkd it up i wont say the name but it rymes with speetek. plz help this car need a tune bad

Well from the people i talk to your best bets are either RPM(Lewisville) or Simple Quick(Ft Worth) Both shops have said very good things about the others tuning.

Here we go again, just buy either HP Tuners or a stand alone and do it yourself.

Ditto on the places. My car is at SQR so I can easily vouch for Daniel's tunning abilities.

It's not that good of a time to get a tune right now. With it being so humid from all the rain, it can make tunning a really pain and not accurate. I'd wait until it clears up a little bit before investing the money in a tune.

The weather shouldn't have anything to do with a tune unless you are talking about a speed density tune, the MAF should compensate for weather conditions.

Ive heard nothing but great things about HPP, they do mostly modulars(and damn good at it) but they can and from what ive heard do tune LS1s too, good group of guys too...

Yeah they tuned my car awhile back and it did scream. 355/370 from all bolt ons cept a pulley aint bad.

SQR tuned my car, pulls hard as **** and is a pleasure to drive. F13 on a 112+0.

From what I have heard SQR has some of the best tuning for the money. He did one of my friends car and he absolutely loves his new cam that SQR tuned for him.

Im getting my tune real soon by Daniel at SQR. I have only heard good things.
