It sounds like it might be your slave cylinder, not disengaging all the way.

You have to pull the tranny to replace it, so you might at well get your tranny checked out also.

If you clutch pedal sticks to the floor board when you are driving hard and shifting hard, then it is definately your hydraulics.

naver hard it stick to the floor but it does feel like there less pressure in it at times. but u pump it once and it's fine

you may have air in the line, you can bleed it, there is a bleeder on the left side of the tranny above the hole where the hyd cable runs into the tranny. Get a deep socket and a friend to help you pump the clutch, and bleed it you are bleeding brakes.
