Unhappy Need Help with Arlington Motorsports

Team:

I had paid AMS $395 2yrs ago for a tune with unlimited free updates by Chris Marsh . Now I have a need for a retune and there is noone to answer the call there.
Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue. I have all my sales and credit card receipts.

thanks

I believe the saying is "you're **** out of luck". But you aren't the only one. He screwed me real good on a tune too.

NOPE....you are totally 100% out of luck. the company does not exist any more so you have no course of action to take.

you people who got screwed need to find out who the owner was, and if he registred the business as a LLC, Coproration or sole propreiter/ partnership.

If its either of those, but corporation, and within the statue of limitations in Texas, 2 years, the owner is responsible for the businesess debts and law suits.

Ha, I've heard people lost cars in that deal, a procharger is chump change to things I've been told.

Fastech is closed to, don't call Sean for a retune.

Good luck getting any recourse out of AMS, the business is long gone. The owner is still around and has posted up on a few of the boards in the last few months.

AMS was closed down for a long time when you got your TA

AMS was cool with the people they wanted to be cool to. It's sad to because they were a great shop at one time. When I took my car to them they were nice to me and I never had a complaint. They even fixed some stuff for me when my car broke down for free and it didn't have anything to do with the work they did. They always made sure I was happy but others got the shaft and a tune is something small compaired to a lot of the stories I've heard too.

I think the lady working there was Elizabeth and Chris March was the tuner. I can get more info if it is helpful at all.

dude, what is the problem here, can you not read? you have no options here other than to find another shop to retune your car, you can take no action against AMS since it doesn't exist anymore. if you want to try to get your car retuned check out WWW.SIMPLEQUICKRACING.COM i'm sure Daniel will be much more than capable of getting your car taken care of.
