Default sbc weight???
anyone know how much a 23* sbc chevy weighs with cast iron heads
oil pan to valve covers??

im trying to figure up ship weight, it has no accesories and no intake manifold..
its a 87-98 chevy truck motor.

Call this number: 800-441-5150 - it is crateenginedepot.com, they can tell you exactly. Much faster than waiting on an answer in a thread. I would say 475lbs. without that stuff but again...it's just a estimated guess.
