Default Texas Driving Experiance @ TMS?

I just signed up for the Texas Driving Experience @ TMS for their 1-day road racing program. It sounds like way too much fun, since it means I get to take my WS6 out there on the road course. I was wondering if anyone in here has done it before and what they have to say about it.

You will have an awesome time. The guys that instruct the road racing portion of the school are all Panoz factory drivers. Tons of experience.

Listen to these guys ... they will help you get real fast, real quick.

I instruct those there looking for a "day at the track", not necessarily learning the finer points of road racing.

Contact me off-line if you want to chat.

A few weeks ago, a local corporation hosted 1200 of their employees out for an evening.

There were 9 of us all driving Z06s on the infield road course.

Each of the 1200 got 3 laps each.

I would go out, do 3 laps, come in, change passengers and do it all over again. I spent almost 3 hours in the car!

I was TOAST afterwards ...

I never realized that corded tires would throw sparks while turning. Makes for a really cool light show.
