Oil Pressure Sensor broke, now what??
Put an ls6 intake on last night, and broke the sensor. Anyone know how much they cost??? Any bad effects because of this, besides not seeing how much pressure?? Should I just buy an aftermarket one?? Thanks guys.

As long as you didn't puncture the plastic membrane you can drive the car. If you did put a hole in it, you'll spray all your oil all over the underside of the cowl and down the back of the motor. I'd still replace the sensor as soon as possible, that is the ONE gauge I can't live without in a performance car

there around $40 from the dealer if i remember correctly. Just like you said there is no adverse affect other than no oil pressure showing on the gauge. Id get it replaced as soon as possible. Give me a call I have an extra but cant remember if its what year model it went to.
