New Houston sponsor! Richey Collision I'm sure many of you guys have used Richey Collision over the years, they are known for doing excellent paint and repair work on Corvettes and F-bodies here in Houston. I've used Richey Collision for a few projects, like my red '69 Camaro and my hugger orange '99 SS. They just painted my new C6 hood (for the Magnacharger) and it looks killer! Pics soon

Has anybody had this shop fix the "roof bubbling" issue?

Just had them fix a rearend fender bender on my Camaro. Can't even tell anything happened! Oh and Karen is a blast to talk to she is soooooo sweet! She made any worries I had vanish with just a few terms of endearment.
Me: Uhh.. my car is broken.
Karen: Okay honey just bring it by and we'll get it fixed up for you!
Me: Uhh.. my car is broken.
Karen: Darlin' don't worry about a thing, we'll take care of it for you!
Me: Uhh.. thank you.
Karen: No problem sugar!

Yeah, I know Richey Collision. Great people (yes, Karen is wonderful to deal with and I envy her supercharged Vette!), but they're the ones who used a blue-based paint over the factory brown based paint that made it look purple under certain lighting conditions. It's very obvious where it was repainted now. In bright light, it matches perfectly (much like yours, Tony), so I'll give them that, but the car came back with more overspray than I took it in there with, and part of the contract was to remove the overspray from the previous botched paint job.
On the flip side, they did an excellent job on my truck. Yes, I would use them again, but I would make my expectations very clear before they started the work. If I keep this Vette, they will be the ones to completely repaint the car so it all matches again. Maybe now I can get a 20% discount.

Just picked up the car about 3 hrs ago and the job they did on my hood is perfect. I will be going back if I ever need any more paint and body work. They do great work and had my car back to me the day after I dropped it off.
