I am going to make it a 5 year plan or maybe finish it by 2009 so I can purchase the new camaro or challenger.
The plan is to make this car into a semi show car; I don’t really have the cash to make it a full blown show car. I will fix the frame this summer but leave the body as is, and probably do some suspension work while the body is in pieces.
Plans are for a triangulated 4 link, tubular control arms, dropped, minitubs and probably 18x12s on the rear.
And once I get everything going again ill probably install a big 408/427 or maybe even a 500ci LSx motor with a couple of mondo turbos.
The 6 speed is definitely staying in.
Any idea or suggestion on what would be cool to see done or put onto the car?

I fell asleep while driving home, b/c i had been up for the past 2 nights studying for finals, i went over a cement ditch thats what pulled the rear passenger side frame back, and got thrown into a spin and into a barbwire fence that had 4x4s as posts. thats what caused the body damage.

Had our original trade deal worked out, this is what I had planned for it:
The 408ci intended for the racecar
The 88mm turbo setup intended for the racecar
Mini-tubbed with narrowed fab 9" rearend on 4-link
18" iForged wheels, ultra deep dish on the rear.
modern interior with A/C
modern subframe with C5 suspension
paint would have remained black, without any stripes.

I am just trying to decide if the frame is worth straightening for the amount of power planned? I will have the cage still.

I am not exactly sure what is bent on it, id would probably guess that the rear frame is definetely bent. If i keep the body i will be replacing the front subframe anyways probably. I need to get it on a laser machine to tell me exactly where it is off. I will probably try for that some time this week.
