Default This Sat. National Dragester Challenge (HRP)

This coming Saturday(June 24th) is the NHRA National Dradester Challenge. This is your chance to win a NHRA Walley.

They are running both classes(Top Et & N/E). They also will have T-N-T. Track prep will ROCK.

Gates open at 4:00. TT at 5:00pm, Elims at 7:30pm.

Dad & I will be there. Anyone else?

I cant make it.... when did they reschedule the race at hrp that was supposed to be last weekend but it got rained out?

What are the rules?? Got my hot rod loaded and ready to go and what Rain all weekend. I even tried to go to Hmp and got rained out.

I have been searching and the rules say no 2 step, but technically it is a single stage rev limiter. I can not find any clear rules about manual transmission cars, other than the use of a line lock to stage is ok. Hell I will most likely run pro. We are definately go to try and make the race on sat.The weather looks good for the weekend.

Footbrake is when you are sitting at the starting line and you slam on the brakes and stall the motor up to the desired rpm. And then when the light drops you take your foot off the brake and floor it.

It is the old school way to drag race.
