Default can someone in san antonio help me? (electrical diagnosis)

i started a thread in the PCM diagnostic section but so far it hasnt been any help.
i just put an ls1 in my rx7 and it wont start- long story short, i have spark and 12V to the injectors' pink wires, but the injectors dont fire when cranking. obviously, its something electrical. everythings plugged in and the PCM was tuned by jesse bubb (he appears to be the real deal based on my reading...)
so if anyone locally is knowledgable about diagnosing this kind of thing, i would really appreciate the help.

i love rx7's for the handling, brakes, weight, and appearance, and of course everyone loves v8 power. its kinda the best of both worlds. i didnt build the car for drag racing. my engine is stock and it'll probably stay that way. i did it to make a car that handles really well but has the horsies to back it up. that, and the total price of my car is still cheaper than a late model f-body.
back to the issue- as far as i knew, if the crank position sensor was messed up i wouldnt have spark (according to another thread). when cranking, it sparks at regular intervals.

would someone in town at least be willing to swap PCM's with me? ya know- see if your car runs with my PCM and vice versa. i guess your car would have to be 99+, manual, and not too far from stock. i'm available everyday after 3pm, and all day tomorrow (sunday). i need to get this figured out asap (moving to oregon in less than a month and i was going to drive there...)
also, if someone has of those tuners to read my engine codes that should help too.

thanx

I would start by checking all your grounds. An easy mistake to make when replacing an engine. Been there, done that...

my engine has two 4ga ground straps (one on front of drivers side head, one on back of pass side head), and i grounded every wire the was hanging out of my harness. my pcm connectors' #1 pins are both grounded, and the injector plugs show 5.5V across the terminals with ign on. they just arent firing.
i'll look up lethal, but if an f-body owner around here is willing to donate some of their time that would be great too.
