Default Got a College Station/ Bryan question. (Plus pics.)

Hey guys im looking to get my Z06 rims painted black like these, and was wondering if anyone could make any recommendations on who would be a good place to go with in College Station/ Bryan.

Lapps. Mike Lapp. it's in Bryan off of texas. right before you get to the bend where advanced auto parts is, make a right right before rent-away or rent a-somethin. i got my last car painted there. does REALLY GOOD WORK.

Hey thanks alot i went ahead and made a appointment for next month when i come home WooHoo. It looks like im going the powder coating route.
He was really nice and seemed like he knew what he was talking about.

Just a month unfortunately, but im going to be at every Wednesday night car meet with the Z06. I heard its getting pretty big.

im glad you decided to go the powdercoating route rob, now its time for a procharger, screw the looks your car already looks like sex....btw if you needs those whels and tires broken down you know who to come and talk to

does lapps do powder coating?
i can refer you to someone in DFW that does PC. hell of a good job too.

theres a place that does really good work here in town, i forgot the name, but i did my wheels at precision in spring, really good work and quick turnaround

Just and idea man, I saw some C6 Z06 rims up at 21st Century Musclecars this wknd that looked absolutely SICK Black with a silver machined face, black centercaps. I'll try and find some pics of what I'm talking about, but man....if I had your car (color, model), those would be on my car that very same day.



I think with the black center cap it'd even it out a lot.

Thanks everybody for the info.
No Lapps does not powder coat only paint but he is going to do some checking around for me. He was going to paint them but suggested powder coating.

SSilverSSurfer, Spazdout do you think you could email me the name of those places?

Thanks, SSilverSSurfer, and Malibu9. I called them and they said powder coating and prep would only take two days, so ill wait tell i get home to take the wheels off myself.
Oh and those other wheels are made by Factory Reproductions, but arnt out yet.

Hmm...I just saw a set of four sitting on their lobby floor....???? And that was Saturday...??? I'll try and get some folks from around there to take some photos of them and send them to me so I can post.
