thats cool and there is nothing wrong with that. But if you are trying to learn i would start off with just minor bolt ons (throttle body, cat-back, suspension mods) then move up to heads, cam, headers, rearend. And go up from there.

I think you need to decide what you want to accomplish and work towards that goal lol reading through your list you have a couple conflicting parts.

My main goal is to make a fast z28 that can hold its own at the drag strip or st racing(not like I would ever do that) BTW what is conflicting I am asuming the hood and the cold air intake.

Most people here can completely understand. While there are a lot on here that have tons of experience, there are others that come here to learn. Like said, the best thing to do is to use the search button on this site. I would never take someone elses advice for setting my car or truck up. You have to decide what your ultimate goal is, both performance wise, time wise, hp/tq number wise, drivability wise and budget wise. Then go from there. Working your way up through bolt-ons to the larger mods is a good way to go, just make sure to plan your mods out, that way you don't have to change time and time again because you decided to go with a larger cam or stall, etc......

Making local meets and track days are also good cause you can actually see and here combos that work and will give you a better idea of what you may or may not want.

Plan things out and ask plenty of questions. Everyone has to learn somewhere.

Yes the search button is king. Like everyone has said go with full boltons if this is your 1st LS1 and learn from it as you go. I noticed you had a H/C kit along with a P1SC supercharger kit, but with noting to strengthen your bottom end...not the best idea. Theres also nothing on there about suspension which is just as important as HP/TQ. Do not think you have to go off of this list cause it is here just to give you a better understanding of what to do first and build up on your first LS1.

MOTOR
Lid
Cold air kit
Fast 90 intake better for future uses than an LS6 intake
Port your TB and descreen your MAF
LT headers with a Y pipe plus a cutout, or go with true duals
LS6 ported oil pump
Underdrive pulleys
Larger injectors
255lph fuel pump
160 degree thermostat with a manual switch fan control

SUSPENSION
Sub frame connectors
Panhard rod
Strut tower brace
Sway bar
Torque arm

TRANNY AND REAR END
3000+stall
12 bolt rear is going to be a must for later down the road
Some Stickey tires

I would suggest having most of that done before doing any internal modifications / power adders to the engine so you can learn how your LS1 reacts to each part and you learn more.

I would ditch the seats, roll bar "especially a weld in for re-sale purposes", 4in hood the ZR1's for almost 2K, and the braking package....... and the supercharger for now hehe

Search. Read the stickies, and read the FAQs(especially jrp's) and learn that way. Read lots of threads, LOTS of them. There are over half a million threads on here and I've probably read whole/parts from 20k of them - and I'm still learning a TON of stuff.

Education is your friend when it comes to designing a setup for your car. That list more looks like a ricer wrote it than anything else. Seats and a new steering wheel? C'mon, a street car doesn't need that stuff unless you want the comfort level to **** all over itself.
