Question Anybody in CS want to help or pitch in some advice for my Water pump/ BBK TB install?

Would anybody in College Station like to help me out with my new water pump and BBK throttle body install? I'm looking at next sunday (7/23/06) to do so.

Any help or advice with the water pump install? I'm getting a 160 degree thermostat to go along with everything. I'm also going to do the throttle bypass mod and possibly some MAF modding. Any advice so far?

I dont know where i'm going to do this exactly but If you have ANY ADVICE before i do so, please let me know so i wont dick anything up....

Is it just a stock replacement water pump? If so, I'll help you out. Do you have all the gaskets you need for the water pump and thermostat? Also, doesn't your car have the LS6 MAF on it, if so ... what are you planning on doing to it? It's already descreened, or atleast should be, right?

Leave the screen in the MAF, or if you want a descreened one i'll trade you mine. I didn't want a descreened one but it came with the car waterpump is a breeze.

This might help out...Its really pretty easy, just be careful with your hoses,be sure to inspect those hoses really well while you have them out and replace as needed, and be sure the gaskets are in place when re-installing...Torque properly because you are working with aluminum...Don't want to strip anything!
