Question Anyone ever used one of those Ab-Lounges??
Ive started to work out pretty consistently, and eating right. A buddy said he'd sell me his ab lounge for next to nothing. Do these things work? Or just another TV gimmick?

I have one that makes a good chair for sitting in to play video games. Real easy to lean it far back and stretch out so you don't have to get up.

my brother got a new one and i tried it out. seems to work, defienitly got a nice burn out of it

I used one once, far as that excercise I still like the machine at the gym that lets you add weight when you do a sit up.

I dunno, anything that has "lounge" in the name maybe shouldn't be used to get totally shredded...
