Default 6.2L heads

How do they flow? Do I have to use a LS7 style intake or can I use my fast? Please help me out. Im looking to get new heads done for a 402.

Thanks,
Thomas

If I have to use an LS7 intake how does it flow compared to a fast? Or should I go with the carb style intake?

You can't use a LS7 or the Fast. You have to use the L92 intake. It is just becoming available now. No-one really knows how it flows yet, we are all waiting to find out. But FWIW the LS7 outflows a Fast 90 real bad.

Yup, the LS7 intake outflows the fast by a good amount. Id miagine the L92 would outflow the fast as well. The L92 heads flow 330cfm out the box I belive and theyre dirt cheap compared to everything else out there.

sdpc is supposed to have some of the aussie intakes coming. the l92 won't fit under the hood of an f-body. i've also heard rumors about a carb intake, but nothing definate.

i talked to SDPC monday about this and was told that with those heads you'll have to get different rockers, and a custom intake manifold. i would LOVE a set of L92s and a single plane like the vic. jr. i'd buy that **** up in a heartbeat.

I believe the exhaust rocker is the same as a LSx. The intake uses an offset rocker. Someone correct me if i'm wrong. Strange though, the exhaust rocker cost way more than the intake.
