That sucks, at least he didn't take you to jail. Actually suprised he didn't, I almost went to jail for a 92 in a 50 by DPS on my birthday. I already have another ticket that is taken care of just have to go to court, was originally 70 in a 35 but got wrote for 45. Just find a local traffic attorney that is good and he will have it reduced to probation or defensive driving.

I got pulled over in my MY Z06 02 doing 120 and got let go, talk about luck..

Good luck bro

I had a 106/60 in Arlington. I used James Mallory. He is off of Sandage and Berry st. Next to TCU....practically on campus. I had to take defensive driving for a whopping $45.

find out how much the ticket is.... it will be dumb to set it to trial unless you want to bargain with the prosecutor to keep it off your record....i assure you the cop will likely show and you will have to fight it with radar knowledge and equipment service dates etc etc etc...... ask if you can take defensive or another alternative. I assume since it is over 25mph above the posted limit only an attorney can get you deffered with fine payment or defensive driving with payment.

you will have to pay the fine... keeping it off your record is the trouble.

ask Linda what options are to keep it off your record and what it will cost!

She said that since its so fast, the only thing they can do is set a trial. No defensive driving, no deffered, just a trial.

sounds about right.... the only way to keep it off your record....

how does it look.. do you drive CDL?

it will cost you about $33 bucks more insurance per month when you hit policy renewal.... over 3 years that is 1,188.00 or so.

call for more Quotes:

Charlie Humphreys in Garland.... ask for Peggy.
Omar Nawaz in Dallas..... you will speak with Maria first. (may not handle traffic??)
Last but not least.... call Shae Armstrong... www.dallas-legal.com IIRC. again tell em Mike Stewart sent ya.
