A little hard to look at but it has to be remembered, the way you felt that day when you saw our country under attack. Remember the hate, the unity, the sadness, and the emptiness you had inside. Remember how usure of the future you where that day and the future of your loved ones and country.................. Remember and Never Forget

This should be national "pimp-slap a terrorist day" from here on out. I was watching CNN this morning and people are getting teared up just with hearing everything again. It is very sad.

I remember being at my 8 o'clock class and my buddy came from his class talking about an airplane hitting the WTC. I laughed and said, "I don't think a Cessna is gonna do much." Then the TV's in the plaza area came on. I went home after that class, watched the rest on TV, tearing up as the first tower collapsed. After the 2nd one fell, I had my shotgun nearby thinking more of these attacks were going to unfold in other major cities. It scared the **** out of me. Just having a gun nearby made me feel safe, nothing else did at that moment. I forgot what it was like before 9-11-01. It still seems like it still just happend, .

I just came from one of my best and closest friend's house. He's in the marines and is leaving to back back after being home on his pre-deployement leave. He heads to Iraq in about a month.

God Bless America
