Bad tire(s)? Maybe a knot in one of them or something.

Have you checked your upper/lower ball joints?

pull the wheels off, then put them back on and torque them in a star pattern to spec.

My experince on the matter is starts vibrating around 70 but stops around 80. If that true for you then it is your tires. May have to buy new ones, or may need balanced. Rotate the back to the front and see if it goes away, but remember back tires could be bad also.

Oh yeah It could be a wheel. Unlikely but possible. I have seen wheels that wouldn't balance. Also if you have a wheel wait in more than one place on either side it is probably not balanced correctly.

I suggest looking at the weights on the wheel. If your Wheel dosent have weights on the outer lip, look on the inside. There should be stick-on weights right behind the spokes. There should also be weights either stuck on the inner-most part of the wheel or hammered onto the inside lip. I use to work at a shop and people would get lazy and only stick on half of the weights, a "static" balance. Things would vibrate like hell on the freeway.

Just because the tires are new dosent mean that they cant be seperated.

Also if it starts at 70 and dosent go away it can also be bushings or a driveshaft.

Or possibly a bent wheel. Ive made plenty of horribly bent wheels zero out on the balancer, but that dosent mean theyll still ride smooth.

He does have a bent wheel. My guess though is that the balance is off too. Just because it zeros out doesnt mean that its correct either. You can throw waits at a wheel all day and eventually it will balance..lol
