anyone in DFW work for Charter Comm. ?? i'm having hell geting any kind of customer service and my cable has been out since saturday and they say they can't get anyone here until the 19th... but ofcourse that is some jackass in australia or something telling me that because they really have no idea. anyways, anyone local work for charter?
