Saw a new Shelby Mustang
Saw a new Shelby Mustang today on 59 between Humble and Cleveland. Nice car but the guy could at least drive the speed limit. Passed him at about 80 in the Z71. Damn where is the TA when you need it, oh well he probably would not have done anything anyway
My bit of useless information for the day.

lol what an un-informed statement...
John force drives a ford. Talk **** to him...
1. I don't drive my stang anymore
2. I JUST built an lt1 for my friend who lives in college station, check my posts
3. Just to lazy to change my forum name, so don't even bring that up
I'm guessing a Ford GT is JUST another ford too huh? when was the last time you lined up against one???

Not talking ****. No point in talking **** on a forum, most of us are here w a common goal. Just a random thought of the day. Ford gt is a nice car but the chances of ever getting to run against one are fairly small so it's a non issue. Most of us here discussing this now own f or y bodies so ford comments are usually laughed at. I am in the process of building a 52' chopped merc with a flattie so I do have respect for fords too. Just pointed out a common mustang ego issue sorry to have stepped on it!!

NAH I still got the t/a I love it too much to get rid of it. The 52 merc is a car my grandpa bought brand new when he got back from Korea. It's been parked in his shop out of the weather since 76' my great grandma drove it until they put her in a late model 77' pontiac catalina w a 455 poncho and we have allways had ideas of building a semi restored hot rod. So about three months ago we pulled it out of the garage washed her off and started ordering parts for it. We are building a hotrodded flattie w offenhauser heads, isky cam, full headers, offy intake and a holley 4bbl, puched her out .030 with flat tops and ordered a new afco radiator. Dropped her sitting on some 15' baby moons, gonna leave it wearing the worn but still shiny factory paint. It's going to be a car we can enjoy and do not have a tone of money in. Again I'm not knockin it the shelby is a nice car guys.

saw this kid up at the dealership, it was dirty as all get out, kinda makes you think he doesn't take care of it like he should, just like the kid with the yellow C6 Z06 in town.
also saw a convertible one up at the dealership, they do look very bland in person. nothing to get excited about.
