Inspection Question...
If my SES light is on, and its throwing a rear cat code... will it pass inspection....
One of my rear o2 dummie sensors and part of the harness was yanked off by something i ran over on the freeway; and now its time for the dreaded yearly inspection

The SES light must also function (turns on when the key is turned on) and go off.

What about the ABS inop? I have a 12 bolt with no ABS.
Thanks

ABS light on is OK, its the SES that cant be on. The PCM must also be in a "ready" state, which means that you cant just reset the PCM and drive in there and expect to pass. It stays in "not ready" unitil you do a few driving cycles after resetting the PCM.
Any tuner can delete any codes you have, even the trans codes. Its pretty cheap too.
