I'm still here, I just cant get to tech from work anymore, they got smart to it, and I havent been able to get on from home cause of work crap.

Try that the next time you're at work. Email it to yourself or something.
I googled " "blocked at work?" ls1tech ", then clicked the Cached version, then read down untill someone had posted the IP addy. Theres a few more on there I believe.
