Here's a link:

It's not cheap but it might as well be new.
I don't know this person but I know it is hard to find these and this says it has a 6 sd.

not cheap, but they cost about that much brand new back in 1999. Not a "bad" deal for a collector wanting to pay 1999 car prices without much inflation 8 years later.

The hard part is that nobody can get a loan for that much on a 1999.

Since they built 375 of them, they aren't super rare. I have a feeling that these cars will be worth some cash in 20 years though, just because of how popular they are right now. They will be even more desirable in the future.

tony, where do you find the build numbers on these cars? I am trying to find out how many nbm hardtop formulas they made in 98.

SS build numbers were tracked, regular f-bodies weren't. Formulas are pretty rare, around 2000 total or less built each year. Hardtops are more rare of course. But, unless it is a 1LE or WS6 type car, the rarity won't increase the value very much. The key combination is rarity plus desirability, both are needed to make a collectible.

t-top car, but rare too.

-leather
-traction control
-Bilstein handling package
-Castrol Synthetics package

I can buy another one someday, they aren't "that" rare

02 35th Anniv SS Limited Edition ~2190 built (I think)
99 Hugger SS - 375 built
98 WS6 Formula black - 18 built
02 Formula Firehawk SOM - 16 built

The two Formulas are super-rare by comparison

But just because thier rare, how much more valuable does that make them?

with any collectible car, they are worth whatever someone will pay for them. These things can't really be calculated, it is simply a supply vs demand issue driven by the market.

The rare/desirable 4th gens have shown to hold their value better than others, but aren't going up in value at the moment. In 20 years however, and due to the popularity of these cars, there should be a good market for them.
