anybody in here ever swapped out your steering wheel? i bought my car with a GT grant wheel. i have another stock steering wheel but i'm wanting to take this one off. ive searched, and i also bought a wheel puller. can't seem to figure it out any help??

edit: swapped out the wheel for the stock one. now the wheel isn't completely centered. the car was prob. aligned with the Grant wheel on it. so my question is.....how do i center my wheel again? the car drives completely straight with either wheel.

side note.... whoever had the car before me took out the spring that connects the air bag. how do i go about getting one put in and will it be very costly?

i tryed to get the wheel off my 96 parts car to put on my 94 well i bent the puller screws because the wheel a stubborn bitch good luck

I have swapped several, they were all 92 or older camaros, i wouldnt think it was different but hey? I could be wrong, if you ever removed a balancer on a motor, it is the same pretty much.

never done either. like i said i have the puller, just cant seem to get this grant wheel off. im in garland, if anyone has any idea..

I have a Sparko Flash 3 steering wheel on my T/A and I've taken the steering wheel out of my Z28 also, it's easy.
