Default Need a Lawyer In DFW

Sister got into a car wreck, some chick T boned her when my sister had a green light and the other girl ran the red light... t boned her, there were witnesses and even a camera caught this girl running the red light. So time has passed, their insurance company is refusing to pay for my sisters back treatment (she got messed up bad), so were suing, and the girls parents are true ********. they are claiming STILL that my sister ran the red light. So the girls parents Don't want to settle outta court. The lawyers we currently have suck, they were not ready for the first court date so it had to be reschedualed. At this point in time we feel they might not be able to handle this. so were looking for new lawyers...

If anyone knows of a GOOD lawyer please drop me a post/PM. This case is on our side. But with crappy lawyers you can still lose.

Hammere Finly in Lewisville is good, they helped me with my child support issues. They ain't cheap but that's what insurance is for.

You will have a LONG battle with this.

You must be dealing with "AAfordable Insurance"?

I have a few PI clients........ more than I need.

I suggest you find a board certified PI attorney.

Greg Oberg in Mesquite it really good...... Juan Carlos Hernandez in Dallas has a doctor on staff named Douglas Wood.

Stay away from Adler and Loncar...... you need an attorney that personally handles the case and has trial experience not mediation experience.

The best firm I can personally think of is Carol Kondos of Kondos and Kondos..... Bill is very talented and knowledgeable.

My sister has state farm, im not sure what the other people have, some off beat company ive never heard of. But they dont even want to mediate outside of court. I dont know what smoke they've been blowing up their lawyers asses but they want a war seems like

i really appreciate the Pm's guys, you all have been extremly helpful. the responses have been overwhelming and great. tomorrow i will call the people i have been referred too and will see who can handle what and go from there.

It looks to me that they are suing so that the back treatments will be paid for since the insurance company wont pay for it.
