Angry Stolen Maroon Z28

My friends 2000 Z28 was stolen tonight from the Clubhouse in Dallas, if you see a Maroon Z28 with Silver Snowflake wheels, call police! He just got new license plates yesterday or today so i dont know what the # is! Its pretty much stock with no mods.. please help keep a look out. He may get the plate # from the police station, He will post up later tonight or tomorrow.. Thanks all..

to add more information, the valet-parking guy there at the clubhouse gave the keys to someone and they took off with the car!!

**More Details, the car's steering wheel doesnt have an airbag nor cover, its open, and the passenger air bag cover is cracked. No tint, and has no z badges on the fenders, so thats a way that the car will stand out from the rest.

pics of the car will be posted shortly

He should be able to hold the valet company accountable for it,
they have insurance for that kind of stuff,
and when you valet, you enter into a bailment agreement,
where they are required to exercise a reasonable amount of care,

So,
if someone were to break into your car, while it is valeted, your insurance or you have to cover it,

but
if they gave the keys to someone else, then its their ***,

Tell him to not let his insurance handle it,
tell him to press the valet company hard! on it.
He should start shopping for an attorney, get 3-4 opinions from attorneys like Monday and Tuesday,

If the valet's are actual employees of the club, which they usually are not, because of the liability, but if they are he should press the club, and/or get those attorney's opinions and get them to press.

I worked for a Valet company for a lil over 5 years, including as a manager, and I negotiated parking contracts, valet agreements, etc. for numerous accounts and garages.
