Default Are ParkerMP plasma cutters any good?

http://cgi.ebay.com/40Amp-Plasma-Cut...em140117939469

Has anyone had any experience with this brand or particularly the model above? Just wondering if they're worth the money or if I should play it safe and buy a Miller. Thanks.

I would say they are a great buy for the money. A comparable miller will run you over $1K. I bought the combo 160+ tig/plasma from them and it works well.

I didn't win any money guys, just looking for some feedback on these units. I'll need it to upgrade my 6 point to a 10.

LOL, I get it. Not that I can say anything though. I am a single guy that makes decent money and still have managed to spend every damn penny. I need a shocker collar thats tied to my platinum card.

Did some more reading on the internet and didn't get too many good reviews on it. I think I'll just stick with a Miller.

What do you guys/gals think about the Miller 375?

If you are wanting to get a decent plasma - go with Hypertherm. My MIG and TIG are both Miller. I've got a Hypertherm 1000 and you can't find a nicer unit.

I hardly use aluminum, but maybe 1/4" would be maximum. As far as steel, which I use majority of the time, no more than 3/8". Stainless...maybe 1/8". So I don't need a big unit.

What are your thoughts on the Hypertherm Powermax30 (new unit) or the Powermax 600?
