in cali they do any one you want.. they just warn you that its illeagle... i got 5% all around 
do they just refuse to do it here?
best bet would prolly look for alil shop wit fellow mexicans.. they do good work.. and will ussally do it...

he used too with his uncle automotive shop but now he works for Fernandez Honda(dealer) and honestly does bad *** work.

I went to Cali Customs back in the summer..got my tint as I wanted. They said it was lifetime replacement warranty for cracking, peeling, fading, etc..a few weeks later it started to peel horribly and I took it back and the guy said "yeah its free replacement, but I am going to charge you for scraping." WTF. I didn't even want to bother arguing so I literally just got in my car and drove off. I tried Mothers window tint and tried to get them to do 20% and they wouldnt change their mind.
DarkhorseSS, I pm'd you for that info on your bro-in-law. I live on sw military also so that'll work. Anyone know any other places?

I went to a place that is off of bandera and ekhart(sp?) right below pepboys, DO NOT GO THERE. they suck, did the tint 2 times and its still messed up.
