Default Has anyone had any experience with Xtreme Bedliners in Friendswood/Pearland?

I went to Line-X of Friendswood today to see if they could spray the top of my tailgate since I removed the plastic tailgate protector and as I pulled up, no more Line-X. It is now Xtreme Bedliners.

They told me they just up and left and wasn't sure why because they had great business. So I'm pretty much screwed if I wanted warranty work on my bedliner because the closest dealer is in Austin.

Anyhow, so now I'm either stuck with going to Austin or letting Xtreme Bedliners do it. When I originally had my truck sprayed, I had the tailgate protector on it and I told them that I would be back later when I removed it.

I know they haven't been there that long, but they mentioned having another location in Pearland. My question is, has anyone had any experience with either of these locations? I want to have the top of my tailgate sprayed, but want to make sure they do quality work. Thanks!

Thats funny. The card showing in the rolodex here at work right now is that of Xtreme Bed Liners of Pearland! What the hell are the odds of that?! Boss says he doesnt know how it got there.

I wanted it professionally done and sprayed, not rolled on. Plus, I want warranty with it. I don't remember if they said they got it from Ultimate Liners or Linings. Either way, its not Line-X! I can't believe they up and left. The next closest dealer is in Austin. What a crock!

I went to the official Line-X website and when I did a dealer locater, nothing came up in Houston. Weird.

Is there another way to search so that maybe I could find a closer one? I'm surrounded by Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Webster, etc. and they're much more populated than Alvin. I know there has to be one closer than Houston.

start calling around for truck acessories, or truck performance shops. Some feed stores also line horse trailers.

That's the one that is no longer there. I was just under the impression that if you don't find it through Line-X's website, then they're not an authorized dealer.

Why don't you just call up one of the above listed stores and ask them if there are any close to you? Use a little common sense.

Line-X's website may not be up to date, so I'm going to call them and see if they can pull something up that I can't. My main reason for this thread was to see if anyone had any experience with Xtreme Bedliners in Friendswood or Pearland, or even the product they use, Ultimate Liners/Linings.

Jeramy,

we have done work with that guy from Line-X in Friendswood and he seemed like a nice guy. Did you actually drive by the shop to make sure it isn't there anymore, because I can't remember him going out of business....

Of course. I mentioned that in my opening post. He was a nice guy and gave me a discount because I used to work for Friendswood. That's the thing, they don't know why they left, because they had great business.
