Default MS Excel help....

In high school i was supposed to take some sort of computer class, and chose to do computer programming/C++ etc.... So i have never ever had a chance to work/use Microsoft Excel; I went for a job interview and had to take a test on it.... Didnt do too good. Kinda sucks that i know how to set up a small network, program routers etc... BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE MS EXCEL..... anyone know where i can get somesort of on-line tutorial or help on learning how to use it.... ??? Kinda need this fast....

You can a book called "Excel for dummies"(which i have, lol) or you can take classes at Comp USA or I'm sure you could find something on-line. Excel is easy to use.

sounds like me, i use photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and can't figure out excel or word.

I googled "excel tutorial" and it brought up numerous free tutorials to get you started!

i'll browse the world wide web and see what i can find.... Its just that i'm kinda stumped for time and wanted to see if anyone had a certain website on file/favorites... the questions at first are fairly easy but they get harder as you go; They want you to do a certain task a certain way... an example question save the file that is currently open.... They want you to go to file, then to save. . .etc... THere are so many ways to do a certain task and i dont know all the ways to do stuff on Excel....

Also cant use the 'HELP' feature; you just gotta kinda already know how to use it...

Lol i sat in a comp class for 2 years and still dont know how to use that ****.

... lol i doubt that its hard to use/learn at all... Its just that i dont have home acess to it; I know i can easily/illegally donwload it and mess with it till i figure it out... but i'm kind of pressed for time...

i sat through those comp classes and it was easy to pickup, problem was i never needed it after those classes for about 10 years. Still not a huge deal in my line a work.
