Default My fishing trip at my girlfriends family reunion.

We cought some nice fish this weekend at my girls family reunion in Mullen, TX. I`m looking for someone to host pictures for me because I know this thread sucks without pics. I`ll elaborate a bit more about the trip when the pics. are up. Trust me we cought some nice fish and I want yall to see them. I just got through resizing them so they wont be so bad to download.

Here's the photos. If you figure out how to post and caption I'll remove them later.

Thanks alot Blue Z. Were his pole is bent over is were he is fighting the big 47 lb yellow cat for about 25 minutes. I cought mine after dark and my son, as always, out did me. Mine was only 37 lbs. The pic. with the big cat still in the water was my sons 47 lber and that was the third time he brang him to the bank. He went back out again and the 4th time he brought him in the cat was tired and I grabbed him. On my 37lber I broke my line at the bank and had to do a Steve Erwin move on him.LOL

Thats how I showed the pics at work. I started with the small ones to the big ones. When they got to the 3lb or so blue cat (didn`t weigh that one we guessed) alot of poeple at work said thats a nice one, or I`ve cought them about that size befor. Then they saw my sons 7lb 1 oz yellow cat and said .........DAMN. It was great to see the look on their faces when they saw the monsters. It was a lucky catch of a lifetime, no skill to it really.

It was a fresh and salt water record for both of us. My son had a salt water black drum in a magazine about two years ago that we didn`t weigh and his was bigger than my 27lb black drum record looking at the pictures. I`m sure his cat weighed more than his black drum.
