one side of the motor is producing 2x the heat as the other????
so i took an infrared thermometer to my motor and now I'm puzzled. i measured each header primary and got consistent ~300*c on each on the driver side but on the passenger side there were only around ~150*c 200 tops. there i measured each head and the driver was about 10* warmer. then i measured the collectors and sure enough the driver side was nearly double the passenger side. it feels like it drives fine. I'm thinking maybe one cylinder isn't firing right or maybe my springs are bad, but would the side of the motor be effected that bad? my car does dyno pretty low from wat is expected from the size cam. (236/242 586/586 116) on a Y w/ only the back cut-out open it only made 330-340whp 340wtq.
any input?
