You don't need a prescription to get blood work done. If you have insurance then they usually allow for one blood panel to be done per year. If you don't have insurance I would just call around to some clinics and find out their prices and compare.

i was told by an RN professor to go to TCC (TX Chiropractic College). . . She said they are cheaper than most places.... I'm needing to do a physical, immunizations, blood and urine tests in order to get in a school program... And was told to go there.

if you want cholerterol test, it's gonna cost more $$$, stupid I know! Even the insurance compnay that I have that APPROVED the blood test said I had to pay more for choleratorl!! GRRR!

Simple blood testing...I'm sure you can go to a clinic and just ask to have work done and then tell them what you want tested.

With no insurance? LabCorp is great (locations are all over) and they have a Contract with some insurance companies so you only end up paying $5.00. Not sure how much without insurance, though.
