Default Need more ticket help!!!

i got a ticket 2 months ago for 50 in a 40. i was speeding.

my court date is on august 2nd, a week from today.

today i got 2 letters from attorneys, one thing i noticed is that they both spelled my last name wrong. Its Hatcher but they spelled it Hutcher.

i looked at my ticket and my name reads "Nicholus C. Hutcher" when it should be "Nicholas C. Hatcher".

the attorneys got Nicholas correctly which makes me think my last name is wrong in the system. everything else on the ticket seems correct.

Is this enough to get me out of the ticket? Since that isn't me? the DL number is correct though.

i think im gona call one of the attorneys tomorrow and ask them about it as well

If it's wrong on the ticket you get a free pass, I don't think it counts on anything else though.

I tell everybody go with the lawyer, and grow a pair. The lawyer will get you the best deal. It is not like he is going to lose especially since you have not taken defensive driving in the last year. So when the lawyer goes in, defensive driving is the worst you looking at, but he could get it dismissed.

I had 10 outstanding warrants for speeding when younger, some 100+ MPH, guess how many made it to my ins. None. Some were just dismissed, and some were the best deal possible. All with a lawyer. Go with a traffic ticket lawyer and not anything else for the best deal.

Oh and slow down, and save your gas. Leave the hauling *** for the track.

Its only 10 over. Take the DD and be done with it. The lawyer is going to get you the same thing and charge you $75 to do so.

I got a ticket in my 97 Camaro, but the cop put an 03 Camaro on the ticket. Brought it up to the DA and she said it doesnt matter, pay the fine and go.

Not true, have had them dissmissed, and never would have without the lawyer.

Does anyone have the law to prove this? Maybe it is just at the DA's discretion.. I dont know. I dont feel the need to get a lawyer for speeding tickets where I can just take DD and have it go away. Plus, you get an insurance discount if you give them the DD completion slip.
