I think there are vendors selling them for less then that, that could be your problem. I think you can get them at www.byunspeed.com for $430 and over at some other site for like $399.99.

sorry i was asking a question, not questioning your price. when i bought my ls7 it was around $600 for the combo.

comes with flywheel pressure plate and clutch you will need a line up tool and use your old bolts
