Default Warning, do not use this shipper

Eagle Postal Center #37
910 S. Crowley, tx 76036
817-297-8989 fax 817-297-8383

www.eaglecrowley.com

I shipped a product worth over $1000 through them. Long story short the package was just about totally destroyed and the way the box was handled was as if they dropped it from a 2 story building not to mention some items were stolen from the box. I was like no big deal i have insurance. Come to find out the owner Mark did not include the policy even though I told him i wanted insurance. (I ship everything with insurance) So i pretty much lost all that money. I was shipping an item to someone from LS1Tech but due to the damage i of course gave them thier money back and just took the loss my self. I am now holding damaged goods( or whats left) . I left pics of the damage and he said he would file a claim and get back with me. 2 weeks go by and i go see him and this guy acted like he had never seen me before. He did not want to give me the time of day which was odd since all the other times i had been in he was very friendly. Just a warning to anyone do not use this shipper.

box was brand new when shipped.

i've used them a couple times for e-bay and my complaint was the rediculous prices. A cardboard box the size of a shoebox was like $20? i prefer USPS.

KLRWS6: what car do you drive? i've probably seen you around town cause i'm in crowley too. i live over near the park.

I think this was an isolate case, my wife sends stuff from that one anytime.

But I would definitly follow up with some "legal" sounding paperwork to the business owner. If it's a franchissee they stil have to answer the Store Name......good luck!

There's an Eagle Postal Center on 174 (Wilshire) just across from Elk Diner (next to Farmers Ins). .......try that one!

Ya i also noticed that. They wanted like $80 to ship some engine covers. I went to fedex and they only charged me $45. I will never use this place again.
